Accessing via mobile

Whilst we do recommend you to access your claims portal via a laptop/computer for a smoother experience, we understand that sometimes you may need to check your details on-the-go! Here's how to do it:

📱For mobile

Please note that you have to use the browser within Metamask app to be able to access your claims portal via mobile.

First-time users

Step 1. Look for the email in your inbox from VTVL titled 'Join VTVL'

Step 2. Copy the magic link ✨ (PS: This is only valid once!)

Step 3. Open Metamask app on your mobile. Open the sidebar by press the "≡" icon in the top left and select Browser

Step 4. Press the 🔍 icon at the bottom

Step 5. Paste the magic link address (from the email!) in the search bar

Step 6. You should then see this page. Confirm your details by clicking 'Create Account'

🎉 Well done, you're now ready to claim tokens!

Returning users

Step 1. Go to https://app.vtvl.io/onboarding/member-login

Step 2: Input your email address and click Continue

Step 3. Follow Steps 1 to 5 from the section above.
